Today's card was inspired by the colors provided by Sunday Stamps Challenge #321. I combined the colors with the sketch from CASE-ing Tuesday #430. The colors I used were Pretty Peacock, Cajun Craze and Pool Party. As a neutral, I pull in some kraft paper.
Start with a 6" by 3" card base. Cut a 6" by 2" piece of Pool Party cardstock. Emboss with the houndstooth Abundant Beauty Decorative Mask. Adhere to the card base.Cut a 5 1/2" by 1/2" strip of craft paper. adhere under the Pool Party Panel.
Using the Intricate Leaves dies (ret) cut three leaves from the Kraft paper and two from the Oxidized Copper Specialty DSP. Use the Time Worn Type embossing folder with the Kraft paper leaves. Adhere to the card. Use dimensionals to attach the copper leaves.
Stamp the Something Fancy sentiment with Pretty Peacock ink onto a 1/4" strip of Very Vanilla cardstock. Adhere to the card and attach a Linen Thread bow.
