Rainy Day

Hello Everyone! It is a very rainy day here in the PNW and my card today reflects just that. The theme for this week's Inspired By Challenge #330 is rain. I knew I wanted to use the soon to be gone, Playing in the Rain stamps. I used the bright and cheerful color combination of Colour INKspiration Challenge #184.
