Inspire.Create #158

Hello Everyone,

Today starts a new challenge with Inspire.Create. Challenges. Challenge #158 is a CASE the Designer Challenge. There is an awesome card created by Karen for everyone to CASE. As you will see, I took inspiration from her sketch.

Our new challenges launch every other Sunday at 10:00 a.m. GMT and continue for ten days. This challenge ends at 12:00 midnight GMT December 27, 2023. The Inspire.Create Team have created some great projects to inspire you. So click on the link below to head on over to the challenge blog and check them out.

The colors for my card were provided by Creative Colour Challenges #119. The colors are Granny Apple Green, Real Red and Pecan Pie.

Start with a Real Red card base. 

Cut a 5 1/4" by 4" layer of Granny Apple Green

Cut two each of 1" by 4" and 1" by 2 3/4" pieces of Peaceful Prints DSP (ret)

Cut a 2 7/8" by 1 5/8" piece of white card stock, emboss using Snowflake Sky folder

Stamp the tree from Beary Cute stamp set with Granny Apple Green, fussy-cut

Punch the bear from A Walk in the Forest DSP

Stamp the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas (ret) with Real Red ink, cut with Something Fancy dies

Add Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins to some of the snowflakes
