Who doesn't like chocolate!?! Just Add Ink Challenge #695 is all about the chocolate. I decided to make a chocolate ice cream cone. using some old colors of card stock. For the design of my card I went with elements from The Paper Players Challenge #683. Ann has created a Tic-Tac-Toe board to pull from. I went with the top row of patterned paper, die-cuts and ribbon.
