Chalkboard Technique

TGIF Challenges #478 is all about the chalkboard technique. This challenge paired perfectly with Colour Inkspiration #167. Their colors are Pretty in Pink, Black and White. I pulled out my new set, Attention Shoppers, and my white craft ink. The sketch can be found on page 22 of the Annual Catalog.

A Little Snowman

While a lot of us are dealing with excessive heat, I made a fun little snowman card. Just Add Ink #707 is a sketch challenge. Christmas Stampathon 2024 was the inspiration for the window sheet and the winter scene.

I created a window using circle dies and stamped the snowman directly onto the window sheet. I stamped the trees and snow bank on the inside of the card.

Shaker

My card today was inspired by the sketch from Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge #440. Their circle led me to make a shaker card. CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge #474 was casing the techniques from the Annual Catalog. I was inspired by the card on page 123 that used die cuts as the shaker element. Instead of using dimensionals for height I used three layers of card stock that gave plenty of space for shaking.
