Paper Pumpkin Stamps

My card today was inspired by two fun challenges. The sketch that included banners, came from Sunday Stamps #318.  Wild Wheat, Soft Sea Foam and Boho Blue are the three colors from Creative Colour # 108. For the images and sentiment on my card I used the current Paper Pumpkin, With Love and Gratitude.

Autumn Leaves

My card today combines two challenges. TGIF Challenge #439 is a sketch challenge this week. This sketch was a great way to show off some of the beautiful scenes of the All About Autumn DSP. The Male Room #178 asked for leaves in their current challenge, naturally I went with the oak leaves in the Fruitful Blessing stamp set.

Sunshine

This round of CAS on Friday Challenge #266 the theme is Sunshine. After a week of rain, I could use some sun. This one had me working to keep it CAS. The card I am sharing is my second attempt. My first had roosters and patterned paper involved.

Falling for Acorns

Hey All,

My card today was inspired by two weekly challenges. Tic Tac Toe Challenge #227 provided some great elements to work with. I went with the right column of elements of twine, embossing and Patterned paper. Inspired by #256 Acorns provided the Theme as well as the sketch.

Celebrate World Card Making Day

I have a card today that was inspired by a unique challenge blog. Festive Friday Challenge #0143 is celebrating World Card Making Day. The elements I picked for my card include Bright Colors, Layers and Art/Craft Equipment.

PP #659 and Ringed with Nature

Hello Everyone, This week over at The Paper Players Anne Marie has a great sketch challenge. This is a very versatile challenge that can be used for any occasion. You can dress it up or keep it simple. I pulled a favorite stamp set and dies for my card. I hope you join us for this terrific sketch challenge. Inspire.Create.Challenge #152

Hello Everyone,

Today starts a new challenge with Inspire.Create.Challenges. Challenge #152 is a Color Challenge. The colors are Cherry Cobbler, Pretty Peacock and Crushed Curry. I pulled out a new flower bundle for my card. How do these colors inspire you?  ever it is, use them to make a card of your own.


Our new challenges launch every other Sunday at 10:00 a.m. GMT and continue for ten days. This challenge ends at 12:00 midnight GMT September 7, 2023. For my card, I let the colors of the guide me.  These bright colors were a bit too bold for the card I had in mind, so all of the stamped images were second generation (stamped off). I also pulled out some old DSP from when Pretty Peacock was an In-Color.

Square Daisy Card

I have a card today that combines a weekly sketch challenge with a monthly color challenge. SU! Colour Challenge for September included the colors Melon Mambo, Blueberry Bushel and Flirty Flamingo. Freshly Made Sketches #604 presented a fun sketch by Cécile.

I have two cards to share today! TGIF Challenge #438 is a What Would You Do challenge this week. The task was to make 1 Card 2 Ways. I pulled out some new products and made two holiday cards using the same fun-fold template. Credit to Rose Colman for this fun-fold card.

Turning Over an Old Leaf?

For my card today, I pulled out some old products and mixed in some new. Inspired by Challenges #255 has a leaf theme along with a sketch. I took elements from their inspiration photo and mixed it up with another favorite challenge. Retro Rubber Challenge #215 has a fall challenge this round. I love when I get a chance to use some old favorites. The stamp sets I used are from 2014 and 2021.

Hasty Hobby

Today's card was created for As You See It Challenge #307: Hasty Hobbies. This time they had a Speed Stamping twist My time was 6:54. The saving grace for this one was not having to color because of fabulous DSP. I had a slight panic when my glue was not cooperating. Luckily, I had glue dots close by.
