Darling Details

I used the fun Darling Details bundle to create a card inspired by two great challenges. Colour INKspirations Challenges #153 provided some fabulous colors to work with. The colors are Lemon Lolly, Petal Pink, Moody Mauve, Coastal Cabana and Lost Lagoon. The sketch for my card was provided by Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge #425.

Start with a Lost Lagoon card base

Cut a 3 15/16" by 5 3/16" piece of Fresh as a Daisy DSP.

Cut a 4 1/16" by 5 5/16" piece of Petal Pink cardstock.

Cut a 5" by 1 1/2" piece of Petal Pink and emboss with the Time Worn Type folder. Layer this piece onto the DSP at an angle. Trim the excess off the sides. Layer this to the Lost Lagoon layer and attach all to the card base.

Stamp the images from the Darling Details Stamp set onto white cardstock with Lemon Lolly, Petal Pink, Moody Mauve and Coastal Cabana inks. Cut with the coordinating dies.

Cut two of the sprigs dies from Lost Lagoon cardstock.

Stamp the sentiment with Moody Mauve and fussy cut.

Attach all of the pieces onto the card front with dimensionals and glue.

Add Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems to the Lemon Lolly flowers.

Tie a bow using the Petal Pink Zany Zoo Ribbon Duo. Attach with a glue dot.
